I know some people say that first thing in the morning is better, but tbh it’s whatever works best with your body and schedule. Consistency is way more important than timing. Personally, I always do workouts in the evenings because I’m super sluggish in the mornings.

As far as i know if your workout in the morning you lose more fat because your body takes the energy from fat because there isnt anything else to take it from
So if you want to gain weight then after you eat and if you want to loose fat then before eating
This doesn't at all matter as long as you're overall still using/eating the same amount of calories 🙏
Train whenever you have energy - preferably not right after a big meal since you won't feel well / be able to perform as well; having a little snack soon before training is fine though :)
