has anyone else here ever gotten the feeling that no matter how strong you get, no matter what capabilities you unlock or what skills you gain, it'll never be truly satisfying for you? how do you deal with it and keep going despite the discouragement?

I am struggling with that as well. I have been told I look very handsome and I am very intelligent, but I am not really convinced of either. I am more or less happy with my current appearance, but even then I don't think I really look imposing. Since I was small I thought I was ugly and at one point I was mocked for that and I conceded in silence. It subsided somewhat after I was told I was very handsome and manly, but I am still unsure about my appearance and I feel I am too unskilled in many areas.

Look at yourself now, and when you started

Honestly, I always have. I feel that my features are simply unattractive, such as my wide hips, and my disproportionate legs compared to the rest of my body, and my face in general honestly. The only time I ever feel truly satisfied is that one random moment that people sometimes get at like 3am before I brush my teeth, where I actually feel good about myself. I'm happy with my physique, but I just never feel satisfied with the way I genetically look. The one thing I try to remember, is that I look 20x better than I did before I started self improvement, and it is truly noticeable.

I think my body just decided to bane my existence before I even came into contact with the world.

I feel that I am becoming too fat, and I am not really happy about it. Maybe too fat is an exaggeration, but I don't want to be fat at all. It literally made an exercise harder and it is an obvious liability for mobility. I will try to eat less to mitigate that.
