This is something that definitely annoys me, it's just such a hopeless way to live. People sometimes just give up and say "Well, I'm stuck with this depression my whole life, might as well not even try." One of my friends believes that her mental health issues will never go away, she says that she is just stuck having anxiety and depression for her entire life, which is just not a good way to live. While I acknowledge the existence of depression, I simply just do not agree that it cannot go away. I will not choose to believe that depression will never leave, it's far too hopeless of a belief.

It's pretty saddening how regular it is to just see a ton of sad and depressed people. I can't go anywhere without seeing people constantly crying and doing nothing with their lives, basically just giving up. No one even thinks for a second that it isn't normal how many people are depressed, and it isn't normal for this to be the state our society is in, but it is basically just being normalized day by day.
