But kinda true, I was on and off and when I’m on it’s only for like 1-3 hours for 1-4 days of the week

The weird thing is, I don’t intend to take a break, it just happens, most of the time. I just forget to check what’s new in the text channels and then am busy/distracted, then come and accept that there’s too many messages to catch up that I don’t even need to read, so I give it a week or so to refresh or something and then come back.
