I'll start with the "secret" that's been in the game for a while, the collapsed supply route to Colony 8.6.15, where Iddaxa, Doffa, and Kressuo come from (who have their own discussion here https://discord.com/channels/712866091633868843/1288686467937210378)

Don't know if this has been discovered or not but I found this base camp tucked away behind the giant pipe that was supposed to be feeding air into the small habitats.

Speaking of the small habitats I also came across this as I was exploring around them. There's nothing inside it unfortunately.
