Game not starting

That’s pretty much the issue. When we launch the game I just get a black screen for a long time and then have to close it with the task manager

I had a similar issue mine just closed on its own, ive done a load of different steps nothing has worked I need help sorting it out have you found anything yet

@lost sail I just uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it worked for now if anything changes I'll let you know but seems to have worked

Mine has stopped working again does anyone have a fix for this getting sick of it I paid for a game for no reason

run memtest, see if your RAM is bad? verify integrity of game files?

@lost sail @hearty oriole mine did it is very weird it works and if I play other games for a while and go back to Gotham it stops working for a while then starts again it's very weird my ram is definitely fine and I've verified the files at least twice if not more

That is weird. It sounds like your system isn't properly shutting something down. What if you do a shutdown, and then restart your computer, and do nothing besides launch GK?

Just tried to verify the files and still nothing. Just a black screen that I have to close with task manager
