So either west end or financial district

I’m pretty sure it’s on financial district

The only one that I don’t remember getting is the one at the gcs building

On the map it will tell you; unless both are marked as fully collected, which is a different sort of bug.

Oh yea I didn’t even see that no it is in west end that’s missing
