Game or graphics card issue

I have a AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT and I'm getting this error message, is anyone else having a similar issue or is this just me?
My drivers are up to date, brand new card, unless the graphics card literally cannot run the game I have no idea what to do...

I am also getting this error with this mission, and when returning to the Iceberg Lounge to speak to Penguin. Forcing D3D11 did not fix it in either location

I have the same issue, and have a radeon 5600 xt, and forcing d3d11 did not fix my issue unfortunately.

Damn man, it sucks it happens at what seems to be the near end of the mission too.

Can't pass that part on freeze mission. After short cut scene when girl is coming with the drone, if I move into area, start fight or whatever, I'm getting that error. Tried at least 30 times. I'm pissed. But I also get same error repeatedly on one stash in open world and from now and then also in the game. Literally unplayable for me 😦

Damn, I ended up deciding to skip that mission after so many tries and everything ran smoothly elsewhere, what in the open world caused you to get that error?

Like everyone else with AMD graphic cards I think, getting that "Error code 887A0005". Lot of people getting it, I read on reddit, steam, discord etc. And it's just crashing on specific locations and missions and you just can't go further 😕 For me with Freeze mission worked turn every settings in graphic details to off and lowest possible quality, and on last part, also fighting on upper stairs. But caches in open world, some of them are bugged - constant crash with that error, no matter how many tries and what I do. Also, now I'm getting that error further on one mission in story and I just can't go further. Game is constantly crashing. I Need to wait for patch cause that is just unbearable. Almost getting regrets for preordering deluxe edition. Today I got at least 40+ crashes. Struggling all day just to play game and I just can't anymore 😦

Anyone getting this crash in Mr Freeze mission?

It's constantly crashing, it's probably happened 7 times now. I'm fighting the regulators in star labs and it just crashes during the fight with the people there.

And in the The Powers Club mission for sure. I got it many times, unable to proceed. And to me, as I mentioned above, it's happening on certain batman stash challenges in open world 😦

I'm running an AMD system Ryzen 7 6700 XT & Ryzen 7 5800 X, my game continuously crashes even on the lowest and highest settings. The game keeps asking me to update my drivers yet they are up to date.

Hey guys! I have a bandaid for yall. Avoid fighting all the enemies and just go to the objective. I kept going back and forth from the balcony and the bottom with all the enemies chasing me

I am now out of that mission and back in Gotham City. However, im not 100% sure if future missions will do the same thing or not

just happened to me in the cobblepot mission as well sadly.

For me i used the script and do the mission on ultra easy ans rush it.

Skip all cinematics in the foght when you have to save researchers

I managed to bypass the mission by having my friend coop it while i was their guest then skipping in my world

But there are more missions with the issue

Sometimes hung Can be manages with a little undervolt to gain more stability

And adrénaline soft got a undervolt auto option btw

On 5000 and 6000 AMD card. Undervolt help a lot with stability and perf btw you should give a look on some youtube vidéo

It wouldn't be so big problem if it was just Mr. freeze mission, people. So many story missions are affected with this "Error code 887A0005" that game is for many people literally unplayable. I'm stuck in other mission with same bug and can't proceed with story. Also few things in open world - batman stash time challenges, some of them etc. Game is on ice for me until fix patch 😦 I tried every possible option, even with forcing dx11. Nothing works. I have RX 6800 XT, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D and Windows 11, with updated AMD drivers to last one.

yo, since I got to the bellfry tower, my game has either just shut down or shut down after giving that like "your screen froze for too long so we're gonna close up now". Weird thing was, I had left it for a bit to grab food. When I came back that message was there but it wasn't frozen anymore. Though it still shut down after I clicked on the X button on the popup

Im not entirely sure but I think when you restart, your crash dump data gets deleted. Once your game crashes again, check that folder once more.

I believe the game needs to be on the same drive as the crash dump folder too. Not sure on that

to do the stair fix hit both buttons first before you even attack the first wave. let the first one get to 100% then press the second button on the left. run straight to the stairs and fight the first wave on the stairs. then you get the next mini boss guy and stay on the stairs while fighting. beat all enemies on the stairs. regulators are defeated continue upstairs for final button and get out of mr freeze mission.
