Hey! The Clans are actually a feature in Suicide Squad,if you make your way to the social tab ingame you should see it.
Yes Clans can play with others and enjoy the game together. I'm also at the endgame (I think?) right now (Mastery 29).
If all that sounds good and you're still interested, I can send you an invite to the clan when I'm next online, all I'll need is your username to send an invite to!
I also plan to make a discord server for this clan once we have slightly more members.

Honestly not sure. Maybe you're in a mission that requires you to hurt enemies with Crits/Shield Harvests/ Grenades / etc

If they're the big guys I think you're on about then
If they take no damage then what Noir said is probably the case
If they take damage but not alot they just seem to be very tanky though if you counter attack them, or other flash infused enemies I'm pretty sure you get a dmg boost on flash infused enemies indicated by a marker on your buff bar

when you max lvl a character (lvl 30) they go into squad ranks which are shared between all 4 of the squad
