Could be twitch issue since people have been having trouble. If you haven't, I'd check both that it says on the squad page that it says you have rewards and also that your wb account is the one your steam is using. But likely scenario is you're unfortunately dealing either with twitch being silly or problem with twitch skins as some others have had

Make sure to go and check reward tab on twitch and make sure your account is connected to your wb account
