This started after I dropped off batman at lexcorp. So now when I start shooting bad guys and my shield and health bar shows up my shield drops to zero without taking a hit. I'm on steam fyi.

Also, I just downloaded the new update and it didn't help. And turns out my shield drops to zero when I spawn in, not when I'm in a fight.
