I claimed them yesterday and it says I did but I still have not received them in game nor do I have mail saying I do either

some in the community here have experienced this issue, but i did get my twitch drops. I made sure my wb games acct connected to both twitch and steam (or whatever console you're using) if that's already covered then something else is happening in the backend

i think what's going on is once you recieve them in game, you HAVE to equip them or they vanish. it definitely is a bug
that happened with preorder and deluxe skins with me
