i have been playing around with create for a wile but might have an advanced question, at least i think its advanced

but with a rotation farm, is there an option to have a redstone signal if it did a rotation?

Yes - use the ponder to see how Redstone Contact blocks work. Depending on your need, this should fit the use.

is ther alwo a way to use a shear or knive on the grass with it ?

i tryed to use a knive in the deployer but it not doing what i think it would
