I just installed the new perfect create 2 modpack but when i loaded in for the first time it showed the interface and when i went to close it using "f1" key it did go away but so did all of the HUD(hotbar, hearts, hunger, and minimap). i went into keybinds but there seems to not be an option to change the "f1" key... it just doenst show up at all. Can anyone help me with this issue?

i was able to fix it... when i closed the game to write this, i went back into the game to see if it would go away and it did. the interface i was talking about was with all the information like you cords and other stuff like that lol

That is a vanilla Minecraft feature hardcoded to be toggled via F3, and it can't be rebound. That said, if you hit F1 to hid the UI, it does get hidden as well, but obviously as you saw, when you turn the UI back on, it comes right back.
Likely what happened is you accidentally hit F3 without realizing it.
