help with map

So when I download the pack it says the map needs to be updated and I did that and it still doesn’t work and my Minecraft is 1.20.04 update. What can I do to play the mod

the modpack is made for 1.20.1 and dont update any mods that ask for it(has to do with compatability im pretty sure) and everything sould work just fine

redownload the pack, and xaero's mods should have a button at the bottom of said screen with smth like "don't show again for these updates"

How can I uninstall the update in order to get back, because I dont have a backup near where I was at so I cant just delete and redownload....??! I tried going back into the back and reinstalling the last version before the update but now its crashing at startup...
