how to allow jetpack flight on a server

I have a server and when messing around with my new jepack i got kicked bc i was hovering and considered flying how do i fix this?

in the server.properties file you need to change "allow-flight=false" to "allow-flight=true"

im lazy so dont wanna restart server

since it is not a gamerule I don't think so...

But when you edited the server.properties you can use /reload as a command to reinitialize the server.properties file without restarting the whole server.

Sure. It might reset the state of some redstone constructs but this is happening any time you restart your Server. I never encountered any issues when using this. Nor have I heard of anyone who did.

any other settings i should edit that conficts with any of those mods while im already at it
