Do you have updated graphic drivers and allocated between 4-8gb of ram depending on your pc's amount?

what launcher do you use?

when you go into settings and then minecraft then scroll to the bottom and it should show a ram slider and you can adjust that to between 4-8 but don't use all the ram your pc has
