seeems that sitting in in the lobby for a while seems to tank the performance of the fps or resource issue and it doesnt improve from what iv noticed only way to fix this is restarting the game

After idling for around an hour, game stutters every second or two while moving or performing actions

Also game usually runs ~80 fps on haven notice now it is 45 at best
