My account has just wiped

All I had is gone, char level, storage, items. I don't know what happened, but its a critical bug.

Crafting level still the same, but all characters are level 1 now.

Yes

15 minutes before closing EU servers, I’ve extracted and was watching my duo trying to find a portal

So my internet went off

I’ve extracted, but I couldnt press “Go to Lobby”

But the thing is that I didnt lose only mt loot, I lost my loot, my storage and all my perks, because all characters went to level 1

Only the crafting recipes didnt reset

Similar happen to me too, game crashed on loading into a map. Lost my gear i was wearing(Kind of given) but also my entire stash.

The same happened to me as well. It's pretty alarming that this bug is almost a year old.

Its an issue we are still investigating, but unfortunately not something we will be able to have fixed for this playtest
We aim to have this issue fixed as much as possible for the next playtest
