Since Lua is so obscure, I think it would be fine to change this channel to "Python"

"so obscure" meaning we rarely if ever get questions about it.

I think it would be useful to have a Python channel. It's the third most common programming language that we get questions about. Java is #2 due to confusion between Java and Javascript.
