#Error of EPERM in installation of liveblocks

Hey I am getting this error and I tried everything from my side I don't know how to rectify it . At the start I used "npm install" instead of "npx create" as it was showing same error. Now I am getting same in my liveblocks installation. HELP ME WITH THIS PLSSSS

After running that command,
When trying to run any npm commands on Windows OS I keep getting the below.
