State of Arkansas Mini Package

I have developed a BeamNG.drive modification titled the Arkansas Package. This is a mini package and, as such, includes fewer liveries than some of my previous releases. The project was created at the request of a close friend, @spiral saddle .

Included agencies:

• Hot Spring County Sheriff
• Donaldson Police Department
• Malvern Police Department (including low-profile versions)
• Arkansas State Police (low-profile)
• Rockport Police Department

This package utilizes several required modifications to ensure the liveries load and function correctly. Please ensure the following are installed:
