I know the creator szanto_sz already made a mod for the 200bx where it looks like the Silvia S14, but that mod is outdated and I wanted to remake the mod so I and a lot of other people that liked the mod can finally use the mod again and have fun with it again. I asked the creator if he allows me to do that and he did allow it. Now I am trying to actually work on the mod and I made some progress. For example I already finished some things with the jbeam files. I made the I4 from the 200BX stronger and I want to put in the I6 from the I-series since I always wanted to see an I6 for that car. The mod may take a while since I am new to modding. I am not even a 3d modeller or programmer so all of this is going to take quite some time probably, but I do hope I am done till the next update of the game. Here are also some photos of how it is looking rn with the mod. If anyone can help me a bit with blender, I would really appreciate it.

Ah yeah, maybe I am actually going to make a car pack, but that is just a plan that I am maybe going to pursue. I want to get into the modding scene first.

The whole engine part is almost done. I have to play around in blender a bit now tho. Other than that, the engine works fine, there are just no thermals at the moment because of no exhaust end nodes. That is what the console says at least

I am actually going to release a whole car pack

The old Pessima is getting a new version aswell, a version that kinda looks like the AE86 and one that looks a bit like the R31 GTR
The Miramar gets a new version that kinda looks like the first GTR from 1969-1072
The SBR4 is going to get a version where the electric body parts are getting put on the gasoline version. Ik there is a mod to it, but I want to actually change some other things on that car there aswell and make a lot of new versions. Maybe even a hybrid version if I find out how to make that.
The 2nd gen Pessima is going to get some new things like AWD and RWD.

Just a check list for me and my 220bx:

  • make it possible to have no exhaust
  • make it possible to have no radiator
  • custom hoods for the i6
  • move the radiator and make it fit in
  • 9k rpm gauge cluster
  • make the game actually shift into 6th gear like normal
  • make a new strut bar for the i6 version
  • make the game have all nodes in the right position
  • make the car have exhaust smoke finally and car thermals working
  • make a new i6 sound
  • new textures for the i6
