It's progressing slowly because there are some issues that take time to resolve, and since I don't work on it every day, it's taking a while

Especially since I'm still spending quite a bit of time in 3D, because I didn't like the shape of some parts of the bodywork. So I redid the front wing, the floor, and the rear wing. I haven't shared any pictures yet because I want to have a decent result before showing it

Here are two crash tests done using the old rear wing's JBeam and the new front wing's JBeam.
I temporarily removed the halo because ever since I modified the front wing, the halo has been bugged—even though they're not connected in any way.

I think I should rework the sidepods, since they detach from the main F2 structure pretty quickly.

The undertray modeling isn’t finished yet either.

I'm also taking this opportunity to share a 3D render of the new bodywork elements, since I feel they weren't clearly visible in the two screenshots I posted earlier.

Super late reply but your best shot might be to use FR17 or F4 suspension (with permission obviously) and adapt them to your suspension geometry

And keep in mind that you have to basically overweight everything otherwise car will go boom

For now, the F2 is on hold I’m fully focusing on the F1 because I’ve got incredible help!

He managed to make a 43 kilogram monocoque that’s stable! It’s so hard to create a solid, lightweight object it’s almost an achievement!

For now, the monocoque is 95% complete and behaves more realistically than the F4’s monocoque.

Try Assetto Corsa Content Manager, there's a button in dev mode that lets you extract the sounds to use for something like a BeamNG sound mod

Then you copy the sounds over to a working directory and make the BeamNG sound code (I think TwinTurbros has a tutorial, but it's for Automation exported cars, not full BeamNG cars)
