judging based on screenshots alone, mixing with some of my personal experience, you won't be able to accomplish the map by aiming for more realism. The Gmod style of map making where things are small, close-ish approximates that invoke the idea rather than trying to replicate it is the only way you can actually cover that much ground, and it helps with framerate in the long run.

also, the way you do the farmland is fantastic

From the background of the photo it looks like it is a lot. I know how to sort it so I'll try help you rq. Because I tried to fix that issue before releasing it (level cleanup tool breaks it)

So:
Enter world editor
Go to terrain editor
Click paint terrain
Click the terrain material editor thing
Go to one of the names ending in 0
Make sure to change the ground material to grass
If you need, copy the grass textures from one ending in a 0 to the other.

I need to sort this issue out in the long run but it just keeps happening and idk why.

Certainly wider than a normal road, but it's not noticeably large unless someone brings it up. It's within the realm of believability for gameplay purposes, I think it's fine.

oh right I know why. I've made that road a little wider and so it has meant the trees that used to be on the side are not on the road. to fix it go into world editor (again) and go to forest tools. then select individual one (the box select thingy) and then click on them and press delete key

Hello everyone,

Recently progress has slowed down and I'm sorry about that. I just got tired and lost motivation. But I do want to continue. So I have a new plan on how it will go:

Next release will include more junctions between motorways (or highways if that's what you call them) so that you can drive around a larger area of the map. I also want to finish all motorways across Europe before I focus on little in-between sections. Since the in-between ones take lots of time for not as much space on a map done, making progress feel slower.

Im tired of discord and beamcord and sort of beamng in general. So i dont know what to do with this. I need you to give ideas as to what I should do.

School etc has gotten in the way. I just dont have time nor the energy or motivation to continue.
