Not a bug, if you have 73-74 bumpers you need the rubber bumper fillers/stone shields.
In 1973 they mandated 5 mph crash bumpers, so Mopar just pulled the 71-72 bumpers out, put a rubber filler panel, and stuck bumper guards on the front.

if possible, compatibility with the standalone skins WITH a damage/weathered condition modifier, so pinstriping/liveries can be used along with the weathered look

Thrustmaster, Moza, Logitech all have completely different feels and weights to them, to the point that one wheel developed on, say, a T248 is gonna feel like crash when driven on an R9 or G920, not to mention the folks like myself who are slummin' it on an Xbox controller.

but adjusting the toe trim counteracts it so thats the best fix
it could just be torque steer mixed with sloppy 70s suspension or it could be a jbeam issue
