Greeting, i curious if there's any chance for the engine sound mod itself to fit into the nitrous slot or license plat slot instead of the engine slot itself so that some "chef kiss" combination of other mods like Javi's CEEP mod is possible?

When you launch beamng on steam you get the option to launch beamng or go to support tools

#

Press on support tools then clear cache, then do either standard or deep clean

None of the engines are appearing in the parts selector.

I've done both a standard and a deep cache cleaning

This is the first time I've encountered such a problem with lua because of the engine mod. The only thing I can suggest is to remove all mods and leave only the pack, then check.
Most likely you have a conflict between mods
