Early 2000s were arguably the period when Japanese car tuning peaked – or, at least, when the tuning garage and aftermarket part manufacturer SUB*ROSA was at the top.

The SUB ROSA Ibishu 200BX 0-400 is one of the more eccentric builds offered during that time. When many street racers went for higher displacement engines, SUB ROSA decided to keep the compact 2.0l i4 and put not one, but two turbochargers in parallel setup. This resulted in a rather odd experience, leaving many car enthusiasts wondering why even do it this way?

This expansion pack comes with two configs: SUB*ROSA Ibishu 200BX 0-400 (twin-turbo i4, manual, ~1050 HP) and SUB*ROSA Ibishu 200BX Custom (stage 3 turbo, dual-clutch transmission, ~620 HP). Both use parts made specifically for them.

Extra parts include new wheels (Clockwise 533 in satin black) and 245/30R17 Sport Plus 2R tires. Check the forum thread for complete part list and more info.

The interior uses the same teal fabric as one of the many seats GCST adds. The red variant is meant to fit vanilla red seats.

I literally said what it is above. The other SUB ROSA cars/liveries I made for GCST were also more or less modeled after Top Secret cars, but no particular car.

It's more that SUB ROSA takes the general ideas and aesthetics of the gold tuner brand.

Which config? If we're speaking about the gold one, it should be good under any conditions – especially considering that in 3rd gear you only get 80% boost.

I've never had the engine blow up despite hours of testing (even with 50KW nitrous added), so any more info is welcome.

How long does it take for them to die? I tested it a bit more and apparently, it doesn't like staying above 400 for more than a few seconds on the flat grid. I might upgrade it a little, though I haven't had such issues when testing on C1 or Nordschleife.

Also, it was never intended to stay at top speed for too long, so you can consider this a design choice.

• Tweaked radiator (edited way too much stuff just to get minor performance upgrade – @tulip blade )
• Fixed tires (thanks @sturdy wadi)
• Fixed white metric gauges
• Uniquified most part names (might require you to correct your personal configs)

FYI, Endless had a twin turbo SR20 in 2008 apparently. Two GReddy TD05s in parallel, similar to your build but I'm not sure on the power figures.

Quite a few of those exist IRL, from mild ~600 HP ones like the Endless here to purpose built drag cars exceeding 2k HP. It's just that they are pretty rare because this setup doesn't really make much sense, if any.

Or, at least when we're talking about conventional turbochargers – VTGs make it easier, but then why not just one big turbo?

i prolly wouldn't do by default, at least not yet since its not on the repo yet and therefore not easily accessible for everyone
it should work pretty much out of the box tho, maybe some minor adjustments but the manifolds should line up perfectly

the radiator, front and rear suspension subframe (and everything attached), transmission, driveshaft, and differential all disappear when i crash and damage the front of the 200bx but only when i have the twin turbo intake on

Interestingly enough, the only difference between my custom intake and vanilla stage 3 turbo is the position of a few nodes – with no changes regarding node or deform groups – yet vanilla ones don't seem to leak (or at least I couldn't get them to leak).

I've tested it and they seem to work just fine.

The only issue you may have is when you first equip them and get the importing texture texture, but then it's not up to me to fix it – ask the devs.

Most symmetrical parts in this game are just mirrored, so if you set the textures to lowest you get this
