Did you start the map with a flat terrain or imported an heightmap ?

I used the template map then flattened it. Then edited it to my liking

Adding a hut makes more sense, as the presence of roads and paths suggests that someone lives on the island.

Basically, I am putting my map into a zip with the.folder contensts being this:
Small_jungle_island.zip/levels/small_jungle_island/(all level files here)

But it isnt showing as an option in the level selector

BeamNG files sometimes require strange things
for example, when I made a simple JBeam, the vehicle refuses to spawn in until I added "information"

I'm not a huge expert on modding, let alone level modding, but you'd better check formatting issues in your level files
