the reason why it doesnt work is that the ESC and whatever there was was linked to the frame and the frame changed jbeam in some update and that broke it

the grand marshall limo is more of a limo thats rented out for parties and such
kinda like the difference between a hummer limo and a caddilac limo
sure they both do they same job but one is a much nicer experience

The thing is high end limo's are never really that long, typical executive limos usually add around 1/2 more cabin space than a LWB model (basically like another door in the middle but its the frame). Limos that more than double the cabin area are usually only for recreational purposes.

normally, when a mod is disabled, and it has .pc configs under it, all of those configs dissapear too
but the windsor's doesnt and it remains at the bottom of the vehicle selector

this is annoying because i tend to think its enabled and when i spawn it my entire game bugs out because well its um disabled

we might also be missing the Burnside emperor here but im not sure if that one counts
