Is it possible to make the report system a bit better? It currently kinda broadcasts your report to the whole server, and can even ping the person you are 'snitching' on directly. Makes reporting kinda risky, since it could just escalate things more. I know there is a way to make a channel that the user can only see what they send but mods/admins can see everything posted there, might be a good setup for a report channel

I'd argue that discussing politics is quite valuable actually - having a neat debate while agreeing to be fine with disagreement is key, though.

but sure, what just happened is rather tightly tied to the political situation there and should defo not be handled that way, as - green gang rightfully said so - it is a sports event in which politics ideally shouldn't be brought up.

the thread feature will definitely be useful once bots can moderate them. they can be used for sub-support channels so #support doesnt get clogged constantly. archived threads can act like longer pinned messages with more detail. maybe threads for #game-feedback #discord-server-feedback where people add-on to the suggestions/bugs/whjatever.
