Motion blur is simple frame accumulation / frame blending blur in post.
Basically I record the replay at 16× slow motion, and then speed it back up and use the extra frames for blur.

plus you need to drift from enter to exit without interrupiton and if the car has turbo you need to shake the back of the car to stabilize the car at the exitr

I'll assume you're on keyboard because that's most common. It is difficult on keyboard but not impossible. Start farther back from where you started. You should be able to get to the top of second gear. Initiating the drift with the handbrake is fine and one of the only things you can do if you are on keyboard. The next thing is steering and your throttle control. There is a balance to these things. More throttle means needing more steering angle while countersteering. Too much throttle and you will spin out, too much steering and you will lose the drift. You can max one and then max the other in a rythm to make up for lack of precision using keyboard. You will get it eventually, just keep practicing and trying new things.

The more I see, the more I think it being automatic is the real issue. You can't be as consistent with it as you could with manual. Your steering is fine but the throttle control needs some work. I'm sorry that I couldn't help more but I don't drift like that and don't know much about it.
