-Use a higher bitrate so it won't look so blocky when recording and exporting
-Dynamic reflections should be on so it can be considered max settings
-record at 60fps with your program as it looks a little slower than what's indicated now
-Indicate how much traffic can spawn in, since that goes by CPU

Annonymous Crazy Russian Crash Test Sight:

Rear End Test Ratings for: 1995 Ibishu Hopper 2 Door SUV

Overall Evaluation: Poor

The right-rear wheel was broken off and the vehicle's fuel tank (located near the rear of the vehicle) was torn upon impact, which resulted in the metal frame being dragged across the cement, which caused sparks to ignite the gasoline tank. This behavior is extremely dangerous as the flames spread very quickly into the rear seats as shown in the video. The fire was extinguished in under 1 minute and the entire inside of the car was melted. If a real accident were to occur, it would pose immanent danger to the occupants of the vehicle, and possibly certain death.

This information has been relayed to Ibishu, and we hope that a recall can be issued.

yeah I am still glad the game is finally more playable on a new PC my parents bought several months ago compared to the PC I had before

Couldn't even load maps like Grid Map or East Coast since it had less than 4 gigs of ram anyways

But now I am now happy I now have a way more capable PC to make this game much more playable than the old one
