the in game repo, the forums, from alternate pages trusted authors here use (their gumroad/kofi/patreon personal sites etc). dont grab just anything from a paid site either. if it isnt linked from here or the forums it could end pretty badly haha

if you want to mod BeamNG, first things first, you need to start the game/ double click on it, press manage user folder, click open in explorer, go to the "mods" folder and then click on "repo", after thatopen the beamng mods site, find the mods you need, click on the mod, and then scroll till you find a link for it with a paper over it. downlload it and take it from the downloads section and drag it into the "repo" folder.

the repo folder is for mods downloaded from the repo, everything else should go in the mods folder

Well the dseries most resembles a f150/Chevy Silverado, it has a Ford modular V8 engine model, it had the grand marshall which is clearly a crown Vic/whatever other Ford that used that chassis, for what I know dodge isn't into vans as much as Ford and Chevy, the Barstow is also much more of a Chevy/Ford styling and I mean the charger isn't the only car with hideaway headlights
