i increased turbo efficiency and some efficiency in the ecu settings but nope

There should be a section for power by rpm that likely ends at 9000. So just add more values beyond 9000

And it’s not 1:1 table it’s some sort of multiplication factor or something. I’m not 100% how power output is determined

Back when the openable hoods were new, it took me 2 days to implement the hood opening into my mod, it didn't even work properly. Openables have been a thing for like 2 years yet they are still a massive pain to deal with

I was going through the mod site and saw the Javielucho mad mod got updated. I went to ask them about the Mod but it says they’re inactive since 2017.

You’re listed on the mod page as well for the burnside and I had a question about the hot node.

Basically it’s the closest thing we have to a 32 ford coupe and given the hot rod version is just a nose-stretched version of a ford coupe, what are the possibilities of shortening the nose to a normal length and having it as literally just a normal coupe.

I know it’s a kinda dumb idea I just couldn’t get it out of my head

thing is the simulation in beamng runs at 2000hz and i think a single hz of the simulation is 0.04 seconds, and airbags deploy faster than that, so to achieve realisim, well it just cant + they are annoying since they serve no purpose and would just cover your view while you are driving. the mud i imagine they will someday implement it but they are probably searching for a way to be realistic instead of the painted decals that most games use.

Anyone has any issues with edited billboards only appearing for some users? Everyone can see the edited map, but for some reason the billboards are broken for 60% of the players. It just appears as a orange no texture for them?

They may need to clear cache. I’ve had some issues editing existing textures and that usually helps

JBeam doesnt control materials, thats a materials issue I believe. The only time JBeam interfaces with materials is whenever youre doing a glowmap or adding a screen to the car

Only download mods from official sources; such as this discord, trusted community members paid options, the official forums or the official repository.

(Any high quality paid mod will have a free trial version on the repository or forums)

The city shouldn’t be a 100% grid imo. Add some variation and variety.

Also like others said, maps are more fun if the roads link together well in a loop and you don’t need to turn around

Also dirt roads are very helpful in a well rounded map creation
