This can be fixed by extracting the ZIP file of the mod then use the WAV format in any audio software which can change the volume or pitch.
That's what i do to mod engines sounds.

I tried to do that by using the blender text file.
I added 50RPM increase for each line while also making sure the wav sound format matches the number of desired RPM.
i prepared sound files which matches the written number for the wav sound format in blender text then i repacked the mod file to test it out - but sadly no sound is heard.

be noted that this blender file was exported from Automation.

the only thing i did to it is adding more lines with matching numbers to make the RPM sound smoother under throttle.
