Hello, does anyone know the code of the game? When I throw ' -- ' to the throttle command in the 43 line in the script ai file, the code becomes inactive. It becomes possible to drift with the script ai manager in the game, but this time the game stops giving the gas to the car. How can we only cancel the brakes in the script ai script?

Record a replay of a drift in an open area. Put cones in exactly where you want them barely being avoided. Then play the replay with cones.

Instead of using world editor, maybe use free cam then f7 or move with node grabber.
But move it before the replay replays again.
I didn't try this last thing you said, maybe I'll try f7, but like in the video I shot, the video is constantly repeating itself, you don't edit it.

drift then put cones around your drift

ok afaik you need to grab the cone.dea with its textures out of the zip file in the vehicles folder then load the dae in as a object into world editor
or find another cone with the asset browser
now i entered the game files content - vehicles - cones - vehicles -cones now there is a cones file in dae format, is it correct what I have done so far?

it's just the new object button in the world editor
then you can select a mesh that is packed inside that level
if the level doesn't have cones already you'll have to import one

2014 mygale F4 was my main reference as it was the easiest to find reference for. Then I adapted everything to fit the latest F4 regulations (halo, plank dimensions, wing profiles, etc). I also took inspiration from the 2021 tatuus F4

i see people all the times with really decent mods that arent in the forums, i know theres something hidden
ok but other sites arent trustworthy, the forums are the only place that the devs recommend
and the majority of the mods that arent on the forums are either
- stolen
- poorly made mod with way too many polygons
- garbage meshslaps with terrible jbeam
the majority of non-forum mods look better than they actually are, they usually have a ton of issues and look terrible once you actually get them in-game

If you are looking for somewhere to start, I recommend finding a heightmap or dem. Unless you plan on making the terrain yourself.
Making your own terrain is a pain just use the ones in the game

sorry again, but how to change the color of the terrain ? Because I tried to transform those rocky looking mountains to just some sandy mountains but the colors is more darker than normal sand:
The dev maps use 1 texture file to color the entire map. so you can either change the color in that file or replace it with your own colors like I did for testing. Doing the second method results in a hard line between materials in the map.

I don't think there is a copy terrain button. You'll have to do it manually or create a terrain using a terrain generation software
Making a map, or any mod really, takes weeks, months, or even years depending on the size and quality. Gotta have the patience and determination to complete something worth playing.

The Saga, guaranteed, does not come with the game, and is a vehicle made by Kueso and LJ74.
It is available in the in-game repository. I personally recommend it as it is a huge content expansion focusing on the Japanese vehicles included in-game, and will also likely fix the issues you're having with textures.

It’s actually a rich/lean thing, not throttle position
When it leans out, it revs
The blower is just forcing air past the butterflies at higher rpm’s, then dies because it gets to an Afr that the motor can’t run on
If u had more fuel, it would keep reving, to a point
i was convinced by my friend it based on reverse pressure and when the supercharger puts pressure on the carb it closes the throttle and therefore it drops rpms
more than likely sucking the throttle closed
No reverse pressure, the throttle plates are held very tight against the body. The idle is set by a separate hole in the plates which can be tuned
Throttles won’t get sucked closed or open if the pivot point is in the center of the plate

@neon wyvern Did you ever get a fix for the tiny rock collision? If you got them from JV, the tiny ones appear to be broken. The devs didn't even use them in the JV map. They scaled down the small rocks instead of using the tiny ones.

im trying to mod the pessima with some bumpers and only the new bumpers show up when i put them. why doesnt the car appear? i tried refreshing but didnt work restarting the game and also didnt work.
i also dont understand why does the rear have no texture. maybe clearing cache will fix it but first i wanna fix the car not working

im very curious how you did the front and rear suspension as i did try to jbeam a open wheeled vehicle and i had majour issues with the wheels shaking alot under braking
it's just a generic double wishbone, high beamDamp and beamSpring to help with the shaking, also using steering dampeners you can find on basically all beamng cars
F4 brakes aren't that powerful so it was also easier to set up than F1 brakes for example, way less prone to shaking in general
ah interesting alright i did try this but i ended up having to put the node weight up alot which didnt feel right

to avoid having to bump nodeWeight up to avoid instabilities you can use dampCutoffHz on critical beams like suspension arms
now thats something i havent tried that makes alot of sense now

if you exported your model in the same DAE as the base pessima it will corrupt the car model and it won't show up
you need to export your bumpers in a different dae file with different object names than the base pessima ones
i exported the DAE into the mods folder
it can't have the same name as the pessima
oh wow 1500 beamDamp i have not seen that high of a number be functional before lol
hence why the dampCutoffHz, otherwise it'd just shake itself appart with that high damping
shock absorbers use the same technique on most cars
