There are no currently strict criteria for the list as there's some WIP mods which I can't test ofc. I may make those criterias in the future, but that'll mean a huge part of mods in the list will be deprecated (maybe all IRL mods apart from brickolo's WIP Silvia and JorgePinto's meshslaps)

I'm saying Jorge's mods are meshslaps because they use mesh from Forza Horizon 5, thus by original definition, they're a meshslaps, just not a low quality ones.
