WBIMP contained parts for pretty much every single vehicle whereas KLJP only contains parts for the Japanese vehicles, so the likelihood of that happening is really low, but its not to say they won't add many different parts to the Japanese vehicles, but if it ever reached WBIMPs number of parts, that wouldn't be for awhile. And also because more parts mean more of a pain to keep everything up to date and maintained.

Use the official tachometer app to see if you're in neutral/N. If you are, shift into first or go into drive. If you're using the arcade gearbox, just drive off so you go into the appropriate gear.
