The golden spacers kept spinning in place,

so what i did was i spun the screws out such that the motherboard comes out along with the golden spacers (they do)

and then take pliers, grab the golden end and twist the screw off one by one

like push the spacers in if they dont move when rotating out (with pliers or something)
