usually youd want your rear tires to lock up about 5-10% braking force before the fronts do

because in the case of needing to brake really hard you can still have control in the front while having the rears braking as hard as possible

rebound delays changes of weight shifts
bump makes it faster

like a soft rear rebound makes it slow to lift back up during braking for example

and a soft bump makes its really easy to squat

v8 swap running full boost turbos and NOS. that’s all the easy stuff, make sure rpm cut time is low, and tune differential to your liking. i personally ran stiff racing suspension on rears to prevent flexing and squat, and on front did rally suspension lowered a lot and tuned to be able to bounce and lift into wheelies while maintaining a good grip. race limited slip diff.
