might be that u need to tune ur bios but that seems fairly average. try ultra with no traffic and see what fps u get

with a 4060 u should be able to use higher grafics without impacting performance much

Its pretty good for a poverty spec pre-lift model
V6 sounds lovely, comfy leather seats, although if youre 6ft its kinda cramped even with the seat all the way back and the steering column adjusted to the highest position
