in career mode i was switching between cars a lot, i think if you start playing music in a car and then get out sometimes it will keep playing music and you can have mulitple instances of music playing overtop of each other that can only be paused when you get into the vehicle and start the song that was playing, then stop it

The problem with this is that not only doors can influence whether or not you'd hear the radio louder outside, and it's not unified in the slightest. I'd run the risk of mod conflicts and generally jank unless i do jbeam ray tracing for audio

Which is way out of scope for the radio mod which is designed to run entirely vehicle side
