Between kb and controller, the ps5 controller is way better for driving. The absolute best way to expirience beam is by using a sim wheel but not everyone has all of that.

Speaking of monster trucks there is a decently built monster truck mod, however the sites it’s on may not be safe for your computer (may contain Trojan viruses)

BUT I don't see a sense in players turning off steering assists for keyboard and controller when removal isn't going to really benefit their understanding of how a car works.
