thats with a bunch of unused dae models from wcusa copied into the map as well
stuff like rocks, trees, houses, etc

it wouldnt hurt at all to just try one version of a map with these tools
you can easily make a map and delete it fairly quickly
this terrain and all that takes ~2 mins to generate in mapng, and i set everything up in alexkidds tool while waiting
probably around 10-15 mins total to get a drivable map in beamng and a majority of that is waiting and not much actual manual work since thats what the tools are for

theyre clustered into groups of buildings, each group is a separate dae model (you can adjust this) and tied to beamngs LOD system (they disappear when you get far away)
