assuming you're referring to an h-pattern sim shifter, you should be able to add binds to each available shift position (though idk if having a specific neutral bind would get in the way of the normal shifting-between-gears functionality)

due to the stone on stone contact it requires a large amount of graphite powder mixed with tree sap/natural rubber.

and the ignition system requires a spark plate in each cyl which rubs together and generates a spark
