Even if they didn't the 3D model is clearly reverse-engineered and copying that little architecture is likely not considered infringement. What IS a far bigger concern with the map is that the billboards with real car advertisements run afoul of repo rules. I expect an honest answer from the devs as to whether they have also been paid as part of this marketing deal and are making a special exception for that reason.
