Neither of those are anti aliasing solutions, they're upscalers
What you mean is something like TAA (and nvidia specific DLAA), which both need fine tuning and development time to get right, anything temporal has to run with good motion vectors and game engine implementations
Its very much not simple to add in an engine this customised

I’m not at the computer at the moment but open the beamng launcher, go to support tools, open user folder then copy the current beamng folder and paste it in a new folder on your desktop for a backup

I’m pretty certain you can even back it up in the launcher but I’m not sure
