when you spawn it open the console with ` and look for could not find material and then remember that name. Hit f11 then window at the top then material editor. Then hit the plus button in the circle in the material editor and make one witrh the name you were missing.

colors are handled by components + materialOverride
wheel depth (latest "version") is handled by components replacing flexbody names and a components-driven disable system
lugnuts are handled by components and each nut is an individual mesh moved and rotated to fit a PCD spec correctly

tbh the components usage is very simple but also incredibly effective at its tasks

The forum is the best way to go. There is some great cars on there. ModLand is available but, I don't use it. But I know they now have a virus scan for some mods that are uploaded.

Most cars on ModLand are leaks and don't support the creators, some of them are just reuploads from the forums and ko-fi pages.
