i would highly recommend uninstalling all those mods completely, doing a check with virustotal/malwarebytes, and downloading only from the repository and official beamng forums

the forums will have high quality safe to use mods, including real cars
if you don't find the real car you want on the forums, try searching for a lore friendly (branded with the vanilla cars) alternative, and absolutely do NOT try to find something on third party sites
